MyHydrate is a clinician-led, mobile IV infusion service providing personalised care in homes, workplaces, community settings and events across Aotearoa New Zealand. Our service is delivered by experienced registered health professionals with backgrounds in emergency, acute, and community healthcare.
We were created to offer a different way of accessing IV care — one that is calm, discreet, and centred around the individual. By bringing care to you, we aim to remove unnecessary barriers, reduce disruption, and provide a more comfortable, personalised experience than traditional clinical environments.
MyHydrate provides two distinct streams of care. The first is prescription-only IV medical treatments for defined clinical indications, delivered under appropriate medical oversight and established clinical protocols. The second is our Wellness Infusions, which some people choose to support hydration or short-term nutrient intake in situations where oral intake is limited, poorly tolerated, or impractical.
Our approach is deliberately measured and professional. We take time to understand each person’s circumstances, discuss options clearly, and ensure expectations are realistic. We focus on safety, informed consent, and thoughtful clinical judgement, rather than volume or standardised “one-size-fits-all” services.
MyHydrate’s services are designed to complement — not replace — usual medical care, nutrition, sleep, and healthy lifestyle measures. Where care overlaps with existing treatment or specialist input, we strive to collaborate and with a person’s usual healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
